Design Steps we implement in building and designing this app

Idea Generation

We generate our idea based on brainstorm, research, and create persona. What we do in here is User Research and also Preparing for Interview

Empathize and Analyze

Based on the result of Idea Generaion step, we empathize the result and also analyze it to get as many insight as possible. In this step, we make Empathy Map, User Flow, and User Journey

After we get the result from Empathize and Analyze, we sketch some ideas about the app design would be. We also sketch about how the Information Architecture should be and what Mental Model would be implemented

Wireframing

Based on the result from Sketch step, we create the Low Fidelity of our app design called Wireframe to layout our app. Also, in this step we create Screenflow as well

Medium Fidelity Design

We enhance our result from Wireframing step, and then we create the Interface Design. This result isn’t interactive yet, but we can still evaluate it in the next step

Evaluation

After we create the Interface Design from last step, we evaluate the design. Evaluation done by us act as an Expert in UI/UX. We get Negative Findings from last step, to redesign our app in the final step

High Fidelity Prototype

In this final step, we re-design our app, “Cyclendar” based on the result we get from Evaluation step. We enhance everything we need to, and make the Prototype available online

Useful features are provided within this app, such as recording your period dates, predicting the next cycle, and saving it to log book. It can even sync the log book to your account!
