In this usabillity testing we provide several prototype applications to test the suitability of the product and the convenience of the MeeD application display.

As indicated from the results of the MeeD apps test, it already meets the needs but still lacks some features.

In my opinion the MeeD application in terms of userflow is quite understood by users, especially for students and lecturers. However, there are some features that are incomplete such as there is no feature to schedule an appointment manually.

According to my analysis the application of MeeD for every heuristic aspect is still lacking in terms of the features provided, in my opinion several features such as canceling appointments and adding input descriptions when wanting to make an appointment. And in terms of user experience, some error conditions can be added when users may not have entered the appointment hour and the popup will exit. In terms of appearance provided, it may be possible to improve the size of the font and textbox provided for input.

According to my observations this MeeD application when in the aspect to its goals already have but quite a lot of incomplete features to complete the application to be perfect. for example there is a lack of features to cancel appointments, there is no notification for users to remind, there is no complete schedule calendar, schedule indicators that have been booked by other users, and the last is there is no indication of error / feedback system when the user makes a mistake.

In my opinion, this MeeD application has a system flow that is easy for users to use. But in some parts there are still shortcomings such as there is no information on the number of steps the user needs to take, there is no feature to edit appointments that have been booked, there is no cancelation feature that has been booked, there is no feature to add information in booking appointments, and no there is the naming of navigation at the very bottom. App appearance is already interesting, but in my opinion it is necessary to adjust the location of the color and size of the icon that fits so that it does not take up too much space.

In my opinion this MeeD application is quite easy to understand in terms of userflow in making appointments with lecturers. The available clock and chat features are the main features that are sufficient in dealing with existing problems. There are still features and error handling that still need to be completed. Namely the edit schedule appointment and cancel appointment if there are problems outside the application that need to be adjusted therein. In terms of appearance is good in giving color, and still needs a little adjustment in the size of the text or object.
